Tartans can vary as to what tartan is available at the time of making but will be the tartan for the clan. We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any given time. Please be aware it's possible your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
